SRIVANI Darshan Booking 2026: Offline Counters Replaced by Online Current Booking

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has introduced a major change in SRIVANI Trust VIP Break Darshan booking starting January 2026. In a move aimed at improving convenience for devotees and reducing long waiting hours at Tirumala, offline SRIVANI darshan counters have now been replaced with an online current booking system on a trial basis.

Offline Counters Replaced by Online Current Booking

This update marks a significant shift in how devotees can access the highly sought-after SRIVANI Trust Break Darshan, especially for those arriving without prior bookings.

SRIVANI (Sri Venkateswara Aalayala Nirmanam Trust) Darshan is a special VIP Break Darshan facility offered by TTD. Devotees who make a donation to the SRIVANI Trust are eligible for:

  • Faster darshan during Break Darshan
  • Reduced waiting time
  • Contribution toward temple construction and dharmic activities across India

Earlier, many SRIVANI tickets were issued offline at Tirumala counters, forcing devotees to wait for hours or even overnight.

As per the TTD CPRO announcement dated 06 January 2026, the following changes have been implemented:

Offline SRIVANI Tickets Shifted to Online Mode

  • The 800 SRIVANI Trust Break Darshan tickets earlier issued through offline counters at Tirumala are now available online via current booking.
  • This is in addition to the already existing 500 online tickets released three months in advance.

Total online availability per day: 1,300 SRIVANI tickets

Here is how the new online current booking system works:

Daily Ticket Release

  • Booking opens: 9:00 AM
  • Booking closes: 2:00 PM (or till quota fills)

Darshan Reporting Time

  • Devotees must report at Tirumala by 4:00 PM
  • Darshan will be provided on the same day

This system helps pilgrims plan their travel better and avoid standing in queues at Tirumala counters.

  • The online current booking system is introduced on a one-month trial basis starting 9 January 2026.
  • TTD will review:
    • Devotee feedback
    • Crowd management
    • Darshan flow efficiency
  • Based on results, final SRIVANI darshan timings and procedures will be confirmed.

✔ No long waiting at Tirumala counters
✔ Transparent and fair ticket allocation
✔ Same-day darshan confirmation
✔ Better crowd control
✔ Convenient for senior citizens & families

This change is especially helpful for last-minute pilgrims and those traveling from Chennai, Bangalore, and other cities.

TTD has requested devotees to:

  • Take note of the offline-to-online change
  • Book tickets only through official online current booking
  • Reach Tirumala before 4 PM without delay
  • Carry valid ID proof used during booking

Failure to report on time may result in darshan cancellation without refund.

Many devotees find the SRIVANI booking process confusing, especially with last-minute online current booking rules. Padmavathi Travels assists pilgrims with:

  • SRIVANI VIP Break Darshan guidance
  • Chennai to Tirupati & Bangalore to Tirupati travel
  • Car packages, one-day & two-day tours
  • Complete Tirupati darshan planning support

The introduction of online current booking for SRIVANI Darshan in 2026 is a devotee-friendly reform by TTD. By eliminating offline counters, TTD has made the process faster, more transparent, and less stressful.

Devotees planning Tirupati darshan are strongly advised to:

  • Stay updated with official announcements
  • Book SRIVANI tickets online at the right time
  • Plan travel accordingly for same-day reporting

May Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy bless all devotees with a peaceful and divine darshan
