Acceptance of Terms By using the Padmavathi Travels website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or reservations.
We will provide you with the driver and car details one day before your travel date, before 6.00 PM. This information will be shared with you in advance to ensure a seamless travel experience. Please keep an eye on your communication channels for the driver's name, contact information, and the car details. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
Our service timings for all one day packages are from 5 am to 10 pm only. If the trip extends beyond 10 pm or begins before 5 am, additional charges will be added to the package. Additionally, if the trip extends beyond 10 pm, an additional driver bata will be added as per the package chosen by the customer.
As per TTD (Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams) norms, Tirupati Special Entry Rs.300/- tickets cannot be cancelled, and the ticket cost is non-refundable. However, the car rental cost will be refunded based on the amount paid by the customer.
If you cancel the package at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip, the ticket cost will not be refunded. However, the car rental cost will be refunded according to the amount paid by the customer.
In the event of a late cancellation after the driver and car details have been sent or providing cancellation information very late, no refund will be issued.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making a booking or reservation. You should comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your travel plans, including travel documents and visa requirements.
